1.- PROMOTION ORGANIZER

Illustrator María Trigueros Pérez aka IsiL Moonkiller (hereinafter the Illustrator) is organizing this international giveaway for promotional purposes. This giveaway will be held online and exclusively for followers of her Bluesky account https://bsky.app/profile/isilmk.bsky.social, in accordance with the terms and conditions of participation.

2.- START AND END DATE

The giveaway will begin on March 28, 2025, at 6:00 PM CET and end on April 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM CET. The giveaway will take place on April 11, at 12:00 PM CET.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements are as follows:

• Only those participants who are followers of the Bluesky channel are eligible: https://bsky.app/profile/isilmk.bsky.social
• Participants must Like and RT the post mentioning the giveaway.
• Participants must comment on which illustration they prefer.
• Accounts that are used only to participate in contests and/or giveaways will be excluded. Bot accounts or those related to AI/NFTs will also be disqualified.
• If a participant does not meet any of the conditions, they will not be entered into the giveaway.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.
• There is no age or country limit. It’s open to everyone!

The giveaway mechanics consist of recording the names of all participants who Like, RT, and comment on the giveaway post. When the deadline is (April 10th at 11:59 PM CET), the data will be collected, reviewed, and the custom illustration will be randomly drawn. This drawing will be conducted using AppSorteos.

4.- GIVEAWAY CONDITIONS AND PRIZE

A winner will be chosen through the AppSorteo website on April 11, 2025, at 12:00 CET.

The winner, once they contact the illustrator either by DM or email (info@isilmoonkiller.com), will receive, as a prize, a 2048 x 2048 px illustration of a bust of the character or creature of their choice.

The winner will have a total of 4 calendar days to respond and accept their prize. If I don’t receive any news, another giveaway will be held among the remaining participants.

If during this time, anyone violates any of the conditions described above, they will be excluded from the selection process.

5.- LIMITATIONS

If it is found that any of the participants do not meet the requirements set forth in the Rules, or the information provided to participate is invalid, their participation will be deemed void and they will be automatically excluded from the draw, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this draw.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Promotion:

• People who are not followers of the Bluesky account.
• People with accounts dedicated solely to participating in giveaway and/or contests.
• People who actively support AI/NFTs.

The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations, or compensation at the request of the Participants, and may not be exchanged for any other product or cash.

Nor is it permitted to use it to power any AI or to trade cryptocurrencies or any other NFT-related business.

The prize will consist of a 2048 x 2048 px illustration of a bust of a character of the winner’s choice. However, I will not draw:

• Robots.
• Pornography.

I accept, regarding references: sketches, written ideas, screenshots, 3D models, etc.

6. CHANGES

The illustrator reserves the right to modify or expand these promotional rules, provided this does not prejudice or impair the rights of the participants in the giveaway.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal rules shall be governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid shall have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise regarding the validity, interpretation, or enforcement of these rules.
